What those numbers actually commit us to
"99.9% uptime" is a number anyone can print. Ours is written into aservice level agreement covering three things separately — your hosted environment, our data center network, and our power — and if we miss any of them, the SLA pays you service credits. Scheduled maintenance is excluded, and that exclusion is stated rather than buried.
"24/7 support" usually means a form that generates an auto-reply. Ours means phone, email and tickets staffed every day of the year, answered by a person. You do not need to be a customer to use it — pre-sales questions go to the same team.
Two commitments do not appear on this page because we have not made them: a published response-time target, and a refund policy. Rather than print a number nobody agreed to, we would rather you ask and get a real answer. Everything we have committed to is on the SLA andFAQ pages, in writing.
