Which plan, in practice
For most organizations the answer is shared hosting at $3.95/mo, and it will stay the answer for years. If your site is WordPress and it has grown enough that speed is a complaint rather than a preference, WordPress hosting at $11.50/mo gives it dedicated memory and automatic backups. A VPS is worth discussing only if you are running an application of your own — a case management system, a members area — rather than a website.
