What every plan already includes
These are not add-ons and there is nothing to enable. They apply across the hosting range.
Free SSL on every plan
Issued and renewed automatically, so your site serves over HTTPS without you buying or installing anything. Paid certificates exist for extended validation and wildcards, but the baseline is covered.
Email authentication, configured
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC as part of setting up your mail. There is nothing for you to add — and please do not add a second SPF record, because a domain may only have one and a second breaks authentication for all of your mail.
DDoS protection on every VPS
Included on all VPS plans rather than sold as an add-on.
Cleanup if you get hacked
Open a ticket and we clean it up at no charge. We would rather fix it quickly than leave a compromised site on our network — though do change your passwords and update your software afterwards, because a cleanup does not close the hole that let them in.

We take backups, and on VPS plans we take snapshots weekly — or daily if you ask us to. Keep your own copies as well. Our backups answer "the server failed" well; they answer "I deleted the wrong thing an hour ago" far less well, and that second one is how people usually lose work.
